By accessing or using SizeFast.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SizeFast.app is a social media content optimization service that allows users to resize and format images for various social media platforms. We offer both free (limited) and paid access options.

• Free tier: 3 optimizations with watermarks
• Paid access: €1 for 24-hour unlimited access without watermarks

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Payment is processed through Mollie, a secure European payment processor
• The fee is €0.99 for 24-hour unlimited access
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent any Service limitations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems or bots without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Content ownership:

• You retain all rights to images you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process and display your images solely for providing the Service
• The SizeFast.app platform, design, and features are our proprietary property
• Images processed in the free tier will include a SizeFast.app watermark

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Images are processed client-side and not stored on our servers
• We collect minimal personal data necessary for the Service
• We use Google Analytics for service improvement
• We comply with GDPR and European data protection laws

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any errors or omissions in the Service
• Loss of data or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or unavailability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• At our sole discretion for any reason

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
